Nylene® 454 Nylon 6

Dry as molded. Injection molding grade. Nylene 454 is the heat stabilized version of 451 recommended for molding applications requiring both maximum durability and toughness. Exceptional fatigue and wear resistance insure long product life to gears, bearings, cams, fasteners, and other load bearing parts. Nylene 454 chemically resists oil and grease. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 460 - 480ºF at the nozzle.
